Discover MinuteClinic, a walk-in medical clinic located inside select CVS Pharmacy stores. Enjoy convenient access to quality medical care without an appointment. Open seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. For most members, your copay for MinuteClinic is the same as your copayment for an office visit to your primary care physician (PCP).
Vision Service Plan (VSP) Choice is included in our Sharp Direct Advantage plans. Members have access to benefits such as annual routine eye exams and an allowance for glasses or contacts every 24 months. To find an in-network provider near you, create an account (or log in) at vsp.com.
Sharp Direct Advantage individual plan members receive an allowance each quarter for eligible OTC products through our OTC catalog. CalPERS members will receive up to $100 per quarter. Purchase pain relievers and sleep aids, common cold medications, vitamins and supplements, first aid supplies and more.
We offer chiropractic benefits for spinal subluxation treatment provided through your medical group by referral from your PCP. Sharp Direct Advantage also offers other supplemental chiropractic and acupuncture benefits through American Specialty Health.
Our Sharp Direct Advantage members receive a $3,000 – $3,500 hearing allowance every three years via San Diego Hearing Centers and HearUSA. Log in to your Sharp Health Plan online account to view your specific hearing benefits or contact your PCP to access this benefit.

If you have a health question or concern after regular business hours, our after-hours nurse line puts you in touch with a registered nurse when you need it. Nurses are available from 5 pm to 8 am, Monday through Friday and 24 hours a day on weekends.
