If you prefer to exercise at home, choose from one of the available home fitness kits that can be mailed directly to your home.
Discover MinuteClinic®, a medical clinic located inside select CVS Pharmacy® stores and virtually. You can enjoy convenient access to high-quality medical care, by scheduling an appointment online or walk-in. Open seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. For most members, your copay for MinuteClinic® is the same as your copayment for an office visit to your primary care physician (PCP).
Vision Service Plan (VSP) Advantage is included in our Sharp Direct Advantage® plans. Members have access to benefits such as annual routine eye exams and an allowance for glasses or contacts every 24 months. VSP has providers throughout San Diego County so that you can find the care you need close to your home. We offer chiropractic benefits for spinal subluxation treatment provided through your medical group by referral from your PCP. Sharp Direct Advantage also offers other supplemental chiropractic and acupuncture benefits through American Specialty Health.

When faced with a medical need while traveling 100 miles or more away from home or in another country, we can connect you to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and other services.
If you have a health question or concern after regular business hours, our after-hours nurse line puts you in touch with a registered nurse when you need it. Nurses are available from 5 pm to 8 am, Monday through Friday and 24 hours a day on weekends.
