Best Health coaching sessions are 30 minutes long and held once a week. Topics include:
- Healthy Weight (For individuals with a BMI of 25 or higher. Click here to calculate your BMI).
- Kick it! Smoking Cessation
- Healthy Eating
- Physical Activity
- Stress Management
