We partner with our plan medical groups to make telehealth services easy. For direct access to the latest telehealth service information, please visit the right website for you below. Your cost-share (what you pay out of pocket) for telehealth services will vary depending on your benefit plan, but will be no more than the cost-share for an in-office visit.

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group

If you have a medical concern or require a follow-up appointment — and you’d like to save a trip to the doctor’s office — a video or phone visit may be right for you. Plus, you’ll be able to connect with your doctor from wherever is most convenient for you.

Sharp Community Medical Group and SCMG Inland North Medical Group

Call your Sharp Community doctor's office if you would like to schedule a video or phone visit, or for an in-person appointment. You will need a video-enabled computer or mobile device for video visits.

SCMG Palomar Health Medical Group

Palomar Health Medical Group, an SCMG partner, is now offering virtual visits. Please call your doctor’s office and schedule as you would for an in-person appointment.

SCMG Graybill

Graybill, a partner of SCMG, offers telehealth visits. You can meet with your doctor via telephone or video, from any location using your smartphone, laptop or other smart device. To schedule a telehealth visit, please call 1-760-291-6700.

Rady Children's Health Network / CPMG

Rady Children’s Health Network / CPMG offers video visits Monday to Friday from 7 am to 9 pm. Weekend and holiday hours are slightly abbreviated so call ahead. You can also schedule a video visit through their MyChart portal on a first-come, first-served basis.
