How to enroll

Get affordable access to Sharp-affiliated doctors and hospitals.

You can make changes during the Open Enrollment period. You have three options:

1. Contact your health benefits officer or personnel office for the required forms and documentation.
2. Write to CalPERS:

   Sacramento CA 94229-2715
3. Call CalPERS toll-free at 1-888-CalPERS (1-888-225-7377)

If you're already a Sharp Health Plan member, you don't need to take any action to stay enrolled.
